The gamer responses from last autumn’s Project ETHOS playtest was informative. It validated the appeal of a action-packed game but told us we still had work to do. It highlighted the requirement for a sharper identity.

It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve progressed. You took the criticism to mind and overhauled Project ETHOS with a revitalized goal - one that’s positioned to deliver on its ambition to our players.

Ben’s leadership and expertise in the competitive gaming field is extensive, having devoted the past decade and a half producing and managing some of the most popular series in gaming, for example Call of Duty: Black Ops, and more recently, Apex Legends.
